🧬 Renaissance is here, Don't Settle

"Before I formed you in the womb...", have you taken a little time to ponder on what God meant when he used the word "Formed"? I'll give you some context, let's get into it.

💭 Reflection Point

The most powerful computer known is the brain. The human brain possesses about 100 billion neurons with roughly 1 quadrillion — 1 million billion — connections known as synapses wiring these cells together. "Suddenly, it's as if the processing power of the brain is much greater than we had originally thought," study lead author Spencer Smith, a neuroscientist at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, said in a statement.

Your trivial little looking eye contains over two million working parts, I could go on to help you see how complex and detailed you were formed, a masterpiece at its finest,

Here's why I strongly believe that every single thing I perceive as a limit or boundary is basically some sort of fear I've refused to face for some funny reasons, but here's the amazing part, each time I step in face to face with the thing I've believed was my limit, I gradually start to uncover another layer of strength yet untapped, it leaves me in awe my friend, many will live and die neither discovering those heights nor touching deep within, it's sad.

It gets so intense most times that I literally have to devise strategies to tackle these infirmities, they work overtime to make me settle within walls, and when I tend to enjoy breathe of fresh air, I begin to notice that my world-class tactics are no longer able to tame these infirmities, it feels like they went through some form of reinforcement learning to evolve and gain mastery of my victory formation. At this point, two options stare at me, first is to give in, enthrone these infirmities as my new limitation and stay within confinement, second is to reach out for more depth, deep down in my spirit, seeking to pull out another groundbreaking insight that obviously doesn't exist on ground level. Many look to several mediums to mimic this breakthrough experience, for instance, drugs, other forms of spirituality like astral projection, you name it... But I believe the right person to turn to at this moment, is the Grand Designer of this complex structure, having pulled my weights by doing the things I can do, I personally go by the way of prayers and oh boy, it has never failed.

You're inexcusable my friend, these complex and detailed structures were not trusted to you for fun,

Seasons of Renaissance came by craftsmen who had mastered the act of pushing themselves beyond limits, they knew no bounds in their crafts, you can judge them, glorify or vilify them, call them rebels or misfits, you can call them round pegs in a square hole, but you cannot ignore them neither can you deny their impact, because everything you call reality evolved out of their willingness to push beyond perceived bounds.

Another season of renaissance is upon us, I believe, I hope you'll take advantage of the priceless "YOU" to birth new possibilities this week.

In conclusion,

  • Invest quality time to know your Grand designer, He's Jesus the son of God, and He's got your design manual, trust me your life depends on it.

  • Own your craft deeply, and be obsessed about knowing every single bit of it.

  • Give out constantly, and create social channels to teach your craft to the public for free, you don't want to be a stuck river.

  • Pay attention to your health, it mustn't suffer otherwise your chances are very slim.

  • Look out for problems, and ponder on solutions. You'll stumble on a solution with so much value at some point and everyone wants to pay for it.

🎲 Quote for the Week

Here’s to the crazy ones, the misfits, the rebels, the troublemakers, the round pegs in the square holes… the ones who see things differently — they’re not fond of rules… You can quote them, disagree with them, glorify or vilify them, but the only thing you can’t do is ignore them because they change things… they push the human race forward, and while some may see them as the crazy ones, we see genius, because the ones who are crazy enough to think that they can change the world, are the ones who do.

— Steve Jobs, 1997

I'll leave matters on Second Brain for next week.

Bye for now,

Dami.

I make things, think about things, and occasionally write them down — about life and the long, quiet work of becoming.
